Sinocare iCan H6: Follow Your Glucose Trends Every 3 Minutes

Your glucose on your phone every 3 minutes, with one sensor that lasts 15 days.

Meet the Sinocare iCan H6 continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system, available from Plus Medical, an Australian-owned company based in Kings Park, NSW.

For adults living with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, including people using insulin, it offers a convenient way to follow glucose trends throughout the day and night.

A small sensor worn on the back of your upper arm or abdomen measures glucose in the fluid just under your skin. After a 2-hour warm-up, readings are sent to the iCan App on your compatible phone every 3 minutes via Bluetooth.

See your current reading, trend arrow and glucose graph at a glance. The all-in-one sensor and transmitter lasts 15 days, with no routine fingerstick calibration required.

You can set high and low glucose alerts with guidance from your diabetes team, and log meals, insulin, exercise and medication to help you understand your patterns.

Want to keep someone close in the loop? The iCan Reach app lets you share readings and alerts with up to 10 people. You can also share data and reports with your healthcare team through iCan Review.

Keep your blood glucose meter handy. CGM readings measure glucose in fluid under the skin, not directly in blood, and can lag when glucose levels change quickly. iCan Reach is not intended for treatment decisions or dosing calculations.

New to CGM or thinking about switching? Speak with your doctor or diabetes educator, and check phone compatibility before purchasing.
